Terms of Service – OnResearch SMS Survey Program

1. Overview 

Welcome to the OnResearch SMS Survey Program ("Program") by ONR EDGE. 

OnResearch is an independent customer research and survey partner that administers SMS survey programs on behalf of “Client”. These surveys help Client gather customer feedback, measure satisfaction, improve products and services, and enhance the overall customer experience. 
 

If you receive a text message from this Program, it is because you have an existing relationship with Client, and that Client has engaged OnResearch as an authorized partner to conduct customer feedback and research activities on its behalf. 

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms of Service as they relate to OnResearch's administration of SMS survey communications for our Client. 
 

2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages 
 

OnResearch administers SMS survey programs on behalf of its clients and their affiliated partners. 
 

If you receive a text message from the OnResearch SMS Survey Program, it is because Client has provided your contact information to OnResearch after representing that you have consented to the collection, use, and sharing of your contact information with its trusted partners and authorized service providers for purposes including customer communications, customer feedback, research, surveys, and service improvement initiatives. 
 

As an authorized partner of our Client, OnResearch uses your mobile phone number and, where applicable, your email address solely to administer customer surveys and research activities on behalf of that client. OnResearch does not use your contact information for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes. 
 

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that OnResearch is acting as an authorized partner and survey provider for the organization with which you have an existing relationship. 
 

Participation in any survey is voluntary. You may choose not to respond or discontinue participation at any time. 

If you no longer wish to receive SMS survey invitations from OnResearch, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team using the information provided below. 
 

3. Message Frequency 
 

Message frequency varies depending on your participation in surveys and research programs. Most participants can expect to receive between 1 and 5 messages per survey invitation, although the number of messages may vary. 
 

4. Message and Data Rates 
 

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your wireless service plan. OnResearch is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred through participation in the Program.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from OnResearch. 

​

After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program unless you opt in again.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Program where required by law.

OnResearch acts as an authorized partner and survey service provider on behalf of its clients. Our clients may share your contact information, including your name, mobile phone number, and email address, with OnResearch in accordance with the consent you previously provided to them and their applicable privacy policies.

Your information is used solely to administer customer feedback surveys, research studies, and related communications on behalf of our clients. Survey responses may be shared with the Client that engaged OnResearch for research, reporting, and service improvement purposes.

OnResearch does not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing. We process and safeguard your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
